Louise has been the Finance Director at Finrox since inception. She oversees the finance function across the whole 11 Investments group while working closely with each business individually. 

With over 25 years of finance experience, including 13 in the recruitment industry, Louise brings the expertise and energy to drive smarter decisions and power business growth.

Tom Burkinshaw

Marketing Director

Tom has over 15 years in senior management, and board level marketing roles for large portfolio business. He has vast experience in managing marketing strategy, scalable organic growth, integration and brand development of multiple business and acquisitions in fast paced, high growth businesses.

There are a vast amount of areas within marketing that recruiters, if on their own, would need to plan and execute. However, working with Tom and the marketing team means that a lot of the strategic planning of scaling your business through your brand is in safe hands. In turn, this then allows you to focus on what you do best – build your business through billing.
